Nicolas Biancalani is an Investor Relations Analyst at Parkview Financial, where he supports investor communications, prepares reports, analyzes fund performance, and manages client relationships.

 

Prior to joining Parkview, Nicolas was an Analyst at Palm Tree LLC, where he provided M&A advisory services to private equity firms and middle-market businesses across various sectors, including real estate and industrials. Earlier in his career, he worked at PreviewFirst in real estate media, collaborating with Southern California brokerages to create marketing content for luxury properties.

 

Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Chapman University.

 

Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, surfing, as well as staying active by playing sports with friends. He also has a passion for reading and learning new skills, such as playing the piano.
