Marty Friedemann is the Managing Director of Underwriting at Parkview Financial, based in the Los Angeles office. He oversees loan transactions and ensures that interdepartmental systems align with best practices. Known for his ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges, Marty focuses on meeting the needs of all stakeholders throughout the loan process.

Marty brings a diverse entrepreneurial background to Parkview. Prior to joining the firm, he owned and operated businesses in the distressed asset space, providing negotiation, acquisition, and construction management services to private equity funds focused on luxury housing. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a B.A. in English Literature from California State University, Northridge, as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
