Dhaval Parikh, CFA, CAIA is a Managing Director and the Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations at Parkview Financial. He manages relationships with the firm's current and prospective limited partners, and leads a team of professionals dedicated to global capital formation and client service. Dhaval is based in Parkview’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s leadership team.
 
Dhaval brings to Parkview nearly 20 years of capital raising, product development and investor relations experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Parkview, he was a Managing Director at Ares Management, where he was responsible for capital raising and investor relations for the firm’s real estate debt platform. Earlier in his career he was a Director at MetLife Investment Management, focused on business development and investor relations for its real estate platform. He also served as a Director at BlackRock, where he concentrated on product development, business development and investor relations for the firm’s real estate platform.
 
Dhaval holds a B.S. from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He is also a CFA® charterholder and holds a CAIA designation. In his spare time, Dhaval enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and Goldendoodle. He also likes hiking, golfing, and swimming.
