Carl Dulay is the Vice President, Controller at Parkview Financial. Carl focuses on the loan servicing and management of all the firm’s debt fund activities.  Some of these activities encompass maintaining the fund’s books and records, processing the funding of loans, quarterly investor distributions, and preparation of financial statements. 

 

Carl has more than a decade of experience in fund accounting. Prior to joining the team at Parkview, Carl was working as a Senior Fund Analyst for Crescent Capital Group, LP, an investment management firm, and focused on the firm’s private debt funds. Carl holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.

 

The beautiful sunny weather brought Carl to California from the east coast, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as checking out new places and restaurants around the Los Angeles area.  Carl also enjoys traveling and attending music festivals with his wife.
